I just ordered at this establishment. With the wind I lost my pasta part of the order on the way to the car. After speaking with the manager Mohammad, he discounted me to 3 dollars for a replacement pasta dish. He didn 't have to do that, especially that this was an act of god that was beyond kind of them. What a great team he has and one of the best Franchises around!!
On Super Bowl Sunday we ordered a pizza, an order of brownies and an order of tatertots. The brownies and tatertots were all burnt, black on the edges and bottom burnt, black charcoal all around the food burnt, but they still delivered that poor excuse for food to us. When I called and asked for the manager, I spoke to a sad and poor excuse for a manager named Angel, that’s what he said his name was. After telling him about the burnt food, all he said was is that they were busy because of the superbowl, and that he can’t refund me or anything because we ate some of the food already, if you can even call that food. So I asked him how can we know if the food is edible if we didn’t taste it, over 80% to 90% of the food is left. He didn’t care, he didn’t even apologize for delivering that poor quality of food or for it being burnt to charcoal, he just kept repeating his self about oh they’re busy because of the Super Bowl. As if that should make it all ok. I had to let him know that’s not an excuse, because he kept saying it like it should be a pass for the burnt up food. He refused to issue a refund so I had no choice but to contact the corporate office and submitted my complaint. In all my life I have never gotten anything this poor or burnt from dominoes. They’ve lost a customer, actually several, because me nor anyone from my family will never order from that Kingston, NY 1201 on broadway branch ever again. Maybe not from any other dominoes either. The food was one thing, but the customer service was even worst. That jackass of a manager is the worst, had no care in the world that our food was burnt or nothing. How can dominoes hire people like him is beyond me. No wonder the food came out awful. I would not recommend ordering from this location, ever! See my pictures.
I am genuinely concerned about the hygiene practices at the dominoes, and unfortunately, the shift manager was unhelpful. Despite my request, he refused to provide his name or offer a callback time for the store manager's. As a result, I have submitted two complaints with the Domino's Pizza Customer Support team. I am currently awaiting a response from a manager or the franchise owner regarding this seriously concerning matter.
I ordered online for delivery and made certain to watch the timeline animation Domino 's provides to track orders. I asked the delivery person to leave the food at my doorstep, and made certain to check repeatedly to make sure I knew when it arrived. After an hour between making the food and delivering it, I called to see what had happened. I was told they had delivered it and 'done their job ' although they cited the residence incorrectly. First time I had an issue with a Domino 's.
