Liquid State Brewing Company

We had an amazing experience in the liquid state tonight! A 5-course menu, invented by the lively Silo food truck team, paired with excellent beer! Silo's team prepared an incredibly dinamic meal quite differently from their (already brilliant) food truck show. The beers were paired with the courses, each in their own glass style, at the right temperature, complete with the explanation of the brewer. I'll be first for the next 5 course pairing! Great beer. Server was very knowledgeable and described the IPAs very well. They have something for everyone, beer, local apple wine, local wines, cocktails and soft drinks. Beautiful spacious area in taproom with many seating and an outdoor terrace. Silo chicken food truck was great b/c they had some delicious vegetarian offers. Love this place!

Nice brewery. Many interesting beer styles and aromas. We packed a few flights and a pizza and chat with some of the people at the bar. I think her electronic menu might have one too many... Good time!

When I visited Ithaca for the weekend, he stopped. We have a 13 yo so on their website as being family friendly? with the description of Skee Ball and other games and other critics, it seemed like a great option. beer is good; but I would NOT describe it as family-friendly. All arcade games and any form of child-friendly entertainment were obviously removed because of Covid. You must also be 21 to enter the inner bar after 19:30. So if you're childless, great. If not, is this not a family-friendly? Place. You should really update their website to reflect this fact.

Great selection of beers and staff was super friendly. Love that they offer 1/2 pint and 5oz sizes to allow patrons to sample multiple beers at a smaller volume. They also have a food truck outside that you can order from inside and they will deliver it to you. Nice touch!
