Chipotle Mexican Grill - City of Ithaca

Ive ordered from this store over 50 times. The past 2 years they only fill your bowl up half way. They dont guve you any food. Do not order here. I have many pictures of all my orders. The owner of this place must be desperate for money. At this point its morally wrong.

After 2 weeks They are still out of cheese. Burrito bowl was barely half filled. Chips had a huge clump of soggy tortilla.

Burrito showed up cold with no meat, cheese or salsa. Just dry rice, beans and guacamole.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The food is delicious we drive over an hour away to this chipolte we love it!

Good service and delicious Burritos! Recommend it to try. Parking is not the greatest.
