My favorite place in the city. I get them literally 2-3x per week. I go to her hokkaido militant with ovulate and graz gele, less ice and 75% sugar. when I feel a little fruity, I get her sunny fruit tea with 75% sugar and less ice, and it's so refreshing.

Taste wise, the drinks were pretty good, only reason they're even getting 2 stars. Customers service wise, it was horrible. Facebook advertisement makes this place seem welcoming and friendly but the staff, at least at the afternoon shift, was ridiculous. Customers are so bothersome when trying to ask about your menu when you're completely dead not a customer in sight and having a conversation right? They take no cash, card only. So make sure you have something for that. You do everything electronically, the employees don't take your order, just pretend they aren't there. Also, their system for ordering is so simplified, to the point it is actually complicated. It's all touch screen, very easy to add something you don't want into the drink by mistake that you also pay extra for. The POS terminal that you either swipe or insert your card, was giving me issues, had to swipe it almost 7 different times to the point the machine almost canceled my order before getting a chance to even pay. I choose to print receipt cause we save ours, and the machine didn't give me a receipt, and the employees were too busy amongst themselves so I didn't even bother. I live in the area of this new location, was excited to try, but to be honest if I ever for some reason craved this place, I'd take the drive to Diamond Bar
