Costco Food Court - City Of Industry

Can't beat the price of the hot dog and drink combo. Best way to order pizza and avoid line at the food court is to phone in pizza order and pay inside. Then you can just go to the pick up window and get your pizza

I went to Costco with my husband to do some groceries and we got some hotdogs with drinks from the food court. Unfortunately, we were not able to get some drinks. The lemonade, raspberry ice tea or any soda's are just taste like water. I was so disappointed coz we were not able to get the drink. My husband asked someone to replace the drinks. We waited for a long time. We finished the food without drinking my lemonade. Then I went to the counter again to ask the cashier if anyone replacing the soda. Again.... We waited. So we left with my empty cup. By the way, we bought 3 hot dogs with drinks.. such a disappointment!

The past two visits were very disappointing. I hope someone from Costco can see this and do something about it. Last week, the cashier just took cash payment and she handled the hotdog with the same gloves she used to touch the money. Although there were disposable clear gloves next to the hotdog table and used by other cashiers. This past Monday, the girl that served the line next to me didn't wear a mask. The grease on the pizza is also getting heavier. Hard to imagine the sanitary standard behind closed doors.

This is a frequent place we visit to shop since it’s closer to us than other Costco stores. There’s really no issues at this store, we get what we need here. Even though the gas gets crowded the line moves as quick as possible.

This is the worst customer service Costco I’ve been to, the cashier screaming at us for our items did not have a tag, I as a customer had to go run around to get a tag for it, very impatient cashier. They treat you like if you’re getting free food. Not even food banks treat you that way.
