McDonald 's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

Morning and floors filthy with last night's fries on the floor. Food sat at counter when they're supposed to deliver to table. Some of the workers obnoxious and not very

Just passing thru traveling waited literally 20 min for my food. Ppl kept getting their food that ordered after me ...we ordered nothing special but everyone kept getting theirs only we only ordered 3 meals, also you need an employee to open the bathroom for you really??

Not sure anyone knew what they were doing besides girl at window. The mop bucket was just sitting there with a mess all over the floor. Waited patiently for 10 minutes to pay for my order while being the only one at the counter because Kiosk wouldn't work. Then waited another 10 minutes for food, which was wrong. Then waited another 10 minutes for my iced coffee which was disgusting and not in the right cup. I asked for it to be remade in a medium as I paid extra for and was told I was wrong. She did try to be sweet about it so if you don't know, you would have never known. Communication needs to be trained. Being a previous manager at McDonald's, I'm understanding yet extremely disappointed at what was happening here.

My far the worst McDonald's ever everyone is super rude you wait for hours place a same day order they just had it sitting on the counter so many people standing over it ask for my drink and got nothing but attitude and it not just once in a while everytime I come everyone is so nasty I would go to a different one if there was one near by I only go when there nothing else to eat thinking it will be different this time and it never is they should be investing or retrain their staff I understand customer service is hard but it must be harder to be rude and angry all the time do better and the place is dirty
