This place only gets a star because I really liked the pizza. Customer service is terrible. I ordered two packs and other items around closing and they were not possible. There was no tuna on the packaging and they stuffed it with wet salad to make for the lack of tuna. My chicken souvlaki wrap was so oily and wet from the salad that it slipped out of my hands when I tried to keep it easy. I had to throw it away after two bites. I brought back a recipe after taking my disable mother home to buffalo, which consumed my day when I helped her pack all her stuff in my car and then unload. Not a single excuse from the staff. They were mad at me for every complaint and offered me a little credit. This is unacceptable. They were so rude and unapologetic. The very poor customer service I've ever received. I'm not sure why a business doesn't hold revenue. I had the only written entrance I received, but it was not enough proof enough. It didn't even ask for a full refund. The girl who worked there when my fiance picked her up was there, and it was absolutely dead when we picked it up, so I'm not sure how she couldn't remember doing it. But she wasn't a manager so that her word doesn't mean anything.
