Decided to go here last week for a change and something different. We made reservations and arrived 5 minutes early. Waitress came over and took our drink orders and then we proceeded to sit at the table for 45 minutes before we got those drinks. The food was okay, nothing spectacular, but no complaints in that area. However, I do feel like this establishment caters to their regulars, which is really unfortunate because first of all, our money is as green as theirs, also if we did not have to wait three quarters of an hour just for drinks, we probably would have stopped in again. But I guess we can be counted out as regulars
Wonderful little place. Family made Italian food at its best.
One of our favorites. Our food was hot and delicious. My wife’s favorite baked lasagna. She loves Bosco’s sauce. My wife is Italian, so sauce flavor and consistency is very important to her. Fresh bread with our meal was great, right down to our butter being soft and easy to spread. Salad was fresh, not made up ahead of time and compressed down like salads at other restaurants, where they are made ahead of time and stacked in a cooler, on top of one and other, to be served hours later. Not at Bosco’s. The french fries were cooked to golden perfection and hot. The chicken based soup was one of two offered with my meal and it was hot, delicious and hearty. It’s not often that I’m totally impressed when eating out, even at fancier, higher priced, restaurants. Over all Great food, great price, and friendly service. Parking: Park across street to south west or along south east side.
Utterly charming neighborhood restaurant and bar with amazing food. We had the lasagna and the calzone and both portions were so huge we took the leftovers home to freeze and eat later. Highly recommend!
