Found their food truck outside golden harvest farm market in Valatie and what a pleasant surprise ! Great food and passionate owner, what more could you ask for a BBQ place! We tried all the meats and they're amazing. The only piece they didn't have is sliced brisket. Update: They will not be reopening their store and the only location to find this food truck business is on the weekends next to the golden harvest farm in Valatie. They finally did have the sliced brisket and WOW they're amazing !

A BBQ treasure about to be lost. Don't let this small storefront fool you because the flavor here is huge. The best BBQ in the Capital region, very reasonably priced. The preparation on the brisket is tops-I love the rub they use. Cornbread is on point, not too dry, nor too sweet. Baked beans, collards are out of this world delish. Friendly staff! BBQ done right. I hear the building is being sold and this treasure will be lost in the next few months. Get there while you can.
