La Piadineria - Citta' Sant'Angelo

Very bad experience The cashier was rude beyond words And clearly annoyed by the presence of customers. It felt like he was doing us a favor. Nonetheless, we order and I specify that there shouldn 't be a particular ingredient in my piadina. In the meantime, another customer approaches and the counter clerk tells her without any ifs or buts that it took a long time to prepare for her too as she was alone (she wasn 't alone). The other customer then went to the focacceria opposite. After about 5 minutes everything was ready and obviously my request to exclude the ingredient was not accepted. I ask her to do it all over again as I am allergic and she replies that those who are allergic cannot have lunch at 'la piadineria ' due to company policies (mmmm ok). Obviously it all didn 't make sense, so I asked her to redo the piadina exactly as I requested. It was all very surreal as well as annoying.
