Al Vecchio Fornello - CISTERNINO

We always wanted to visit a bracceria , and we found the perfect one. The cover charge covers olives and bread. We each had 3 different bombettes, a sausage and chicken skewer and shared roasted veg and potatoes. We both had a 1/2 litre of red and white wine which were really good. The total bill was €47.50, very happy. The staff were excellent from start to finish. The butcher explained the meats to us in English, and the waiters understood my attempt at Italian. A really lovely meal in a super location.

Excellent food and service! Highly recommend trying this restaurant for lunch or dinner. The meat, vegetables, pasta and house wine were all wonderful.

Great restaurant, really goose meat and well cooked. you can choose the meat and the bombs in advance and then take them to the table. You have to go to dinner early to avoid finding all the tables occupied. great

Good bombs, sausage! very kind the gentleman at the counter to immediately prepare the bombettes without cheese. sin x the neckline a little too tight. and congratulations x patience to keep the 2 waiters ahead and behind among people. We will definitely come back!
