Uno Pizzeria Grill - Cincinnati

I remember eating at uno’s when I was a child in cincinnati. Today was the birthday of a friend, so we decided to try this place after all these years. To be honest, it was better than I remember. the pizza came out within a reasonable time, nothing was burned or undercooked. the appetizers (a cheese-sequesadilla with tomato, turkey and salsa; pizzerias with potato bread) were delicious. the woman and I decided to create on a own mushroom, speck and pfefferoni 10 in chicago style deep teller pizza. I've never had such a deep dish, but it was great. I highly recommend meeting uno if they are in the neighbourhood and want a good environment. the personal kept our drink filled and overall they were nice. all in all a good experience. my only handle is that the pizza cutters should not be sharp enough because some of the pizzas were not cut through.

I was not a server or cook, or manager in a restaurant. while I am sure that the work is hard, the premise is simple; they provide a first-class customer experience. I would like to thank everyone at this uno pizzeria for a great customer experience! it began to be welcomed vigorously at the door, quickly sit on a very nicely located table, and 2 server (one in training) imagine. so they wrote their names on a serviette! simple touch, but it helped how I was terrible with names. the appetizer and pizza we ordered were both hot and fresh. While uno is not lou malnati pizza in chicago, the numero uno pizza was with its generous amount of meat and vegetables, for example, near chicago style pizza like cincinnati. delicious! to finish the customer service experience, the manager accepted our dated credit card (they certainly did not) and offered us a to-go drink. wonderful goodwill! we will certainly be back because this restaurant it deserves and we love chicago style pizza!

Decided to come here and check this place after the car hit on Thursdays. yes, it is a little expensive, but if you see the pictures that they are worth the amount of food, I speak a mee is enough to feed the whole poor of nowa scotia. the garnelen scampi was for to die and the huh spinoccoli was fantastic and enough to feed my friend 10 times. I suggest very pasta, I come back next time to see what the pizza is.

The waitress debbie was amazing! she ensured that my family took care of us and was often checked for us. they gave good recommendations to the foods and drinks. they knew that my children were hungry and brought their food fast and kept the beer of my man. she can be the best waitress we could ever serve! I was sure to show my appreciation with a generous tipp!

First time and last time eating here. We waited an hour for our food and the food was not good. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. The waitress, who was training another waitress, didn't even know the menu very well. She told us the BLT was a turkey burger , which it was not. It was a cold cut sandwich. The training waitress told us the other waitress forgot to put our order in and that's why everything was late. Wish we had never gone there and wasted our money. Definitely not worth it!
