Taco Bell - Cincinnati

Chili Cheese Burrito was tiny. Half the size it normally would be.

Just a lack of caring and giving you your food. Regularly won't give you your entire order. Wont give you the sauce. Small burritos, don't cut the quesadillas, etc. just poor quality service and lack of caring. Regularly an issue at this location sadly.

The tacos were fine but I got overcharged for things that I didn't order.I was charged double for the extra sour cream, and I paid for jalapeños that I did not order or want. I also got only 3 of the 12 cinnamon dots. They were stale,hard, and dried out.

The nacho fries were garbo. Arrived cold when everything else, even the nachos, were crisp and warm. The Nachos could have used a bit more steak, but what was on there was better than expected. The taco and the burrito were decent. If everything was hot instead of merely warm, this would be a 4 star review.

Yummy food, I liked it. I just wish they could give me fresh potatos for my Spicy Potato Soft Taco Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes because sometimes this store gives old, hard and dried out spicy potatoes and its such waste of my money because they're basically inedible. They also literally always forget to give me the Diablo Sauce Packets I order. I assume the staff is high as I dont understand how it keeps happening. Its kind of silly.
