My son and I have been to this butcher shop at least a dozen times. So:Service: 5-starCleanliness: 5-starFreshness: 5-starQuality of meat: 5-starPrices: 4-star probably higher than kroger or jungle Jim’s but absolutely fresh)Overall: 5-starToday we picked up porterhouse steaks and fillets for Father’s Day and they were perfectI thought my cost was acceptable for what I received, the quality and freshness!!!Suggest you give it a try or browse while other customers shop and then decideLocal small business worth supporting

This place is close to us and I recommend this to everyone in this area.Manager Zach is friendly and respectful.I usually get skinless whole chicken cut into small/medium pieces and they do it as per my request.I wish they opened a little longer.I recommend people support this local business.

We recently were having problems with buying meat so a friend told us to stop into Summit Fine Meats and we decided to get a pot roast and pork chops and some deli salads, they are the best, the meat was so good, it was delicious, I was totally impressed. We are going back tomorrow to get a lot more this time.

One of the best in the city. Great selection and staff. Local produce. Highly recommended.
