Subway - Cincinnati

This is a Subway restaurant. The sandwiches are great, but the service is not the best. It's not my favorite place to eat, but it's a decent option for a last-minute choice.

Good, but this restaurant does not offer kids' sizes. Still, it is amazing.

The workers at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. They seem uninterested in taking your order and only a few of them are pleasant. Kendra stands out as a particularly kind and welcoming individual. She is the main reason I continue to dine at this restaurant, as the rest of the staff are unpleasant and seem to dislike their jobs. It is puzzling why they continue to work there if they are unhappy.

I recently visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and they were out of tuna, so I ended up getting the meatball sandwich. Today, when I went back, they were out of tuna, meatball, and ham sandwiches. Additionally, the service was terrible as it took the waiter an entire hour to make just 7 sandwiches. I arrived at 5 o'clock and didn't leave until 5:58. I was extremely frustrated and unhappy with the experience.

The food is always prepared fresh and the women working behind the counter are extremely friendly. I like to use the app to order online and avoid the busy lunch crowd. The prices are comparable to other Subway locations in the area, but the buy one get one footlong deal is still available at 50% off. However, I believe this special is only valid until the end of the month. Remember to eat fresh! My spicy Italian sandwich was delicious and made perfectly, without being messy.
