Rally's - Cincinnati

This rallys is amazing its a walk in dine in rallys which ive never seen before theybhave at least six tables to sit inside and eat not only that but the service was above exceptional Ive never ordered anything but a banana shake from rallys and this is the only fast food place to get one really so when the lady said they were out the look on my face was pure pain she actually ran to thw back and found me more she went above and beyond and I appreciated that more than I will the shake itself superior service

They one wouldnt stand there and take our order kept telling us to go around thru the drive thru but we didnt even decide what we wanted so we went back around and nobody would help us whenever they would they walked away and served us raw ass fucking meat and bacon now the three of them set and watch me in my hotel and try to harass me they wont stop trying to fight with us whenever we walk by dont ever go here

When asked for ketchup the guy gave me the hand telling me to shut up the when giving me the ketchup up tried to hold my hand which is completely uncalled

I love Rally's food, but I'll never visit this location again. The employees seem to be there mainly to hang out with each other more than assist customers. Even though there were at least 4 employees and ZERO customers in the store when I went there, I had to wait many minutes for an order that I had already sent in. They were just in the chilling and hadn't even started working on my order. I would have left if I hadn't already paid for the order.And please see the photo I attached.

Food was cold, customer service was trash. Oh and I had to ask for the correct amount of change back. Will not be returning!
