Moe's Southwest Grill - Cincinnati

One of the workers during the break has thrown me and the food facility. very disrespectful. others didn't want to talk so I could hear what they muttered. I am not back! food: 1/5

Eating was fantastic people are friendly and the price is great clean our new fav place

When I first came to the person who welcomed me, said that they were looking for two of their fellow workers who disappeared. not sure what this is about. when they made my food, I asked for a little more meat in my burrito, when the server gave a very anemic amount. my 2 years old eats more meat with her meals. later I come to the register and they insist that I am charged for double meat. I told them that I didn't ask for this and they didn't tell them when they gave it to me. only nickel and dime me why not you. It turned out that it was the manager who served the food and didn't know where someone else was. guess moe is not what it was earlier.

We always love to eat moes’s! not sure what the change was, but the management crew and the staff from 10/20/22 kills it. food quality and cleanliness have become significantly better in recent times. Get up! we're coming back!

I love Moe's. Great food, large portions, always fresh and hot. Very helpful employees.
