K&j Seafood Co. - Cincinnati

We grabbed takeout from K&J Seafood's new location. Having already been familiar with the shrimp poboy, this time we opted for the catfish version. Somehow, it was even better. Griddle toasted bun (a change from our last foray, which was a fluffy hoagie), the batter was spicier, the flavors were richer. This may have shaved a year off of my life due to all of the oil and flavor elements. But it's also evidence that K&J know what they're doing with seafood. Great stuff.

Best place in Cincy for crab boil!!! Visiting from Texas and could not have picked a better place to eat. We will be back!

I've visited this restaurant 3 times now and have tried 3 different things. Each item I've tried (shrimp grits, crabby patty melt and buckeye basket) was phenomenal! If you eat shrimp and or grits, you NEED this in your life!! The customer service (Kelly) has always be amazing for me. I've introduced this place to a few of my friends, and they are hooked!!
