Donatos Pizza - Cincinnati

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the customer service from a polite kid named Ibrahim up front was top-notch. I would rate it 10/10. Forget Jets pizza, it should be called Ibrahim's pizza!

The pizza was fantastic and the staff was excellent. They really went above and beyond. I might just come back again tonight.

I specifically went to Jet 's this evening to try the cauliflower crust. I have been so frustrated that the major chains around here weren 't jumping on the cauliflower crust popularity. I can 't really eat regular pizza crust but would like the enjoyment of eating a slice of pizza like a normal person instead just scraping off the toppings. Anyway, let me tell you that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Jet 's is always the bomb anyway, my favorite pizza by far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful. The crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the taste was phenomenal. I didn 't feel like I was missing out on 'real pizza '. The guy who took my order was super friendly and courteous. I really, really, really hope Jet 's keeps this crust. I don 't live near a location to get delivery and the closest location is 15-20 minutes away but I am willing to waste the gas and time to go get this pizza again when the craving hits! Thank you Jet 's! I love you guys!

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic and the food is delicious. The servers are always cheerful and some of the friendliest people I have met. They make you feel like part of the family, and anyone who didn't have a positive experience probably didn't give the staff a chance to make it right. Trust the positive reviews and give them a try for great service, friendly people, and tasty food. They go above and beyond to treat you well, surpassing most pizza places.
