Crown’s Kitchen - Cincinnati

We met with the owner who was very nice and gracious. that was our first time. he ensured that we had free rehearsals of his famous greens, mac cheese and yams. I ordered the salmon with a side of baked beans. all foods taste great. the staff was very friendly. If you haven't been there, you should try.

From the moment we walked in the door to our exit—our experience was exemplary. My daughter and I were in town early May for my 50th birthday and she googled “soul food restaurants” and I must admit, her choice was excellent! Marlon was very hospitable and the ribs were wow! We are from Kansas City—a city known for BBQ and we were impressed! The greens were WOW-WOW! Although our food was scrumptious, you can’t beat Marlon’s A+ customer service! If I’m ever back in Cincinnati, this will be my go to restaurant! Applause to you Mr. Marlon and God bless you and your business sir. Shalom

My fiance and I tried Crown's tonight for the first time. It was so good! I got the chicken fingers and onion rings. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Onion rings were yummy! My fiance got the fish and chips and greens. He loved it. He said the fish was fried perfectly. I tasted the greens and let me tell you they were AMAZING!!! We will definitely be going again. We got it to go and it was hot when we got home which is a huge plus!

So I had to tryCrown’s Kitchen for myself after seeing all the hype in Chowdown Cincinnati. Let me say the service was amazing every single thing I tried was delicious.The owner sent out two samples before my main dish was served. First the Greens which is a must try when all of you stop in. Then a sample of the ribs, which again was outstanding.I ordered the grilled chicken salad no tomato. It was completely on point… it was a very large serving I couldn’t dare to eat all of.For desert I took home a piece of pound cake that the owner’s daughter proudly told me she made herself at checkout.The service was 5 STAR. PERIOD.The family atmosphere and amazing food will have me driving back to the Westside for another meal soon.

I promise I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant. They’re food ? is always on point just so delicious. It doesn’t matter what I get I absolutely love the food here. Whomever the cooks are keep up the good work.
