Rude Staffing, everyone was arguing in the back, was waiting over 30 minutes over prepaid paid. everything about this specific location and crew tonight is completely unacceptable. i pray for the other customers who ordered after me and that they don’t receive the service we did tonight. I do not even wish this experience on my worst enemy. Be better Service: Take out

I have been coming to this chipotle at least every other week for 5 years. Always enjoyed it and have never had an issue really. I come tonight and walk up to the door at 10:05 (the door literally says the close at 11). It’s locked. A worker walks over and lets me in and I ask “oh are you guys closed?” And no response. So I get in line. I’m maybe the 10th person in line. And after maybe 5 mins go by, I hear one of the workers call out “the last person I’m serving tonight is the man in the blue hat” and I look up and it’s the guy right in front of me. I’m the only person behind this guy. So everyone looks up at me and I’m dumbfounded that im being solo pointed out and publicly being told to leave AN HOUR BEFORE THE STORE IS EVEN CLOSED .im not one to cause a scene so i leave. But I will NEVER come back to this chipotle. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

I placed an order at 9:20, I get here at 9:40 when it says I can pick it up, the food is still not ready. I wait all the way until 10:20 for them to make 1 bowl and 1 burrito, and the food is cold. The coworkers were yelling at each other and absolutely rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is disgusting. It’s dirty, they have no black beans, sour cream, chips or fajitas. It’s 8:00 pm. Since you have nothing I ask for extra rice the side acts like it’s coming out his check or something. The workers attitudes suck. If you don’t want the job just don’t even work. I took pictures of how dirty it is. Did you clean today? You all don’t close until 11 but out of major things and it’s dirty as hell. Shame! Service: Take out
