Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

I order ahead and the store isn’t busy at All and there are people are come in and get their food within seconds . But I can’t get the food I ordered ahead like ha yeah okay some chipotle u are. Then the employees say they’re in the process of making order but then the order yet still hasn’t been started. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

This location is constantly running far behind. Waited 30 minutes for my online order just for it to be completely wrong. They wasted my entire lunch break and I didn’t even get to eat because of food allergies. The line was extremely slow. I never eat there. just picking it up for a better half. 45 minute wait for container of guacamole. the atmosphere was full tiny boppers, which I personally feel that they all need to be freaking working. not spend the mommy and daddy's money. Honestly super upset with the lack of cleanliness and communication in this Chipotle. The workers I interacted with had the worst attitude and rolled their eyes at different customers multiple times. I understand being super busy but the customers they were handling were very polite and they were just so nasty with them. My boyfriend and I stated we were going to wait for the Carne Asada which would be up in 15 minutes yet we waited 20, had to get back in line, and they stated it would be another 10 minutes. I just think they lack in communication and customer service. Will probably never attempt to return here and it’s super frustrating because it is the closest location to me usually.
