Chick Fil A in eastgate is a fraud. How is Beechmont , Milford, Oakley and all other locations in the USA offer amazing customer service and this location miss the mark? You have a mobile app but you don’t have the pick up option on? Oh really. Only drive thru pick up or inside ordering available, what is this 1998? Chick Fil A corporate I hope you review this and immediately shut down this location for fraud. This place I believe is a jack in the box operating as Chick Fil A.Chick Fil A please save the people of Eastgate and Batavia from bad customer service. You know it’s bad when someone says steak and shake is faster.

Aside from the price of their chicken sandwich up to $5.09 now, the portion size is 2/3 of what it used to be. I don't really understand the point of putting a mobile order in just to sit and wait in the drive thru, but that's the only option on the app at this location, which is ridiculous. I went inside to see if I could pickup, which they in turn said I would have to get it in the drive thru. Went again today and the $5.09 sandwich (to go) is now $5.43, although it states $5.09 on the menu. Which ultimately means they are charging tax on food items to go. Not that .34 cents is a big deal but it's just the principle. Check your receipt !
