Chick-fil-A. - Cincinnati

We had a maden in one of our sandwiches! none of us had an appetit after that, so most of our food was was was wasted. We'll never go again! the manager didn't seem worried and thought it was enough to give us a substitute sandwich as if we wanted to eat it after.

Great breakfast selection, very clean rooms (we clean the touch surfaces and bed covers when we arrive on the first day to make sure we don't catch any virus, and not bugs). stuff is very friendly and helpful. food: 5/5

Eating is always fresh. hot eating is always hot the order system is fast and efficient. the waiting time is in the regular 10 minutes in the drive thru. only because everyone wants to eat there. the staff is friendly and helpful. vegetarian options: large salad child-friendly: delicious children's dishes. healthy decisions Accessibility: accessible and parking

In the rule it's okay to go. not my favorite, but my son likes her waffel fries a lot. I usually get her chicken sluice always in order. decided to get the grilled chicken with cheese today. the first bite was nothing but fat and tasted like gum. and to my surprise I found a hair. Not sure we are back, but other than that everyone was kind and getting our food was fast.

Absolutely a premium experience. We dined inside. It was packed. Super friendly person took our order. 1 person was wiping tables and asking if she could get anyone anything she got us drink refills). Then when we got up to leave, she took our great for us and threw away the trash. I will definitely go backFood: 5/5
