Worker followed me outside calling me racist things... Will not be going back ..... Manager didn't do a thing but escalate the situation

Very slow service. Had to pay extra for sauce. Help was texting when she should be serving customers. Table was dirty. Had to go back and ask for catch-up.Notice customer behind me waiting for a long time to get order. What else? Your store is in trouble.

This location is horrible. The burger was cold as ice, the fries we're old and my drink was watered down.
