Great beer service from Brahma, very good

Think about bad service. Hot chop, I went to ask for a glass cup, they didn't have it. I tried to go to the bathroom, a girl at the door wouldn't let me in without getting a ticket from the cash register. Detail, it was just me and my wife at the bar. I complained about the temperature of the chop and the owner was extremely rude. I said it was a favor if I didn't come back. In short, one of the worst services I've ever had.

Excessively bureaucratic service. You go to the cashier and order a drink, receive a ticket to collect from the pantry. Order a hot dog, receive a ticket to collect from the kitchen. If you want to go to the bathroom, you have to get a ticket to let you into the bathroom (it sounds like a joke, but it's real). It doesn't look like a restaurant, it looks like a church fair, the way they work, you have to order at the cashier and then walk around the place to pick up each item you ordered at a different point.
