Sardo's Pizza And Fish Fry - Cicero

Our experience with Sardos was not the greatest. We have lived in the area for several years and had countless Sardos over the years. Our recent experience was terrible to say the least and the food was not thoroughly cooked. After we let Sardos know that we were advised that they were short employees, and this was the reason for inadequate service. Needless to say, we will not order from here again.

Disappointed for a second time. A large pizza and wing (chargrilled xxcrispy) pizza was ok, wings were rubbery and some were not boiled throughout the way. Thanks for my air frit. I would like this place bc I loved the one Onondaga Hill but unfortunately I will never order again or recommend it

I've been a soldier for years. Unfortunately, they no longer seem to care for customers who support local businesses, especially during COVID. I ordered online today (8/3/22). Your online system was clearly new. I just needed a cheese pizza and 10 wings. The obvious first place I saw was her special department. You had a cheesecake and wings for so long I know. It wasn't different this time. I just needed 20 wings. The cake and 10 were cheaper, so I ordered it. I came to the store and was immediately greeted by an online special for Wednesday; $7.99 for a big cheese. Of course I looked at my watch to make sure I didn't have a trace of days. Yes, Wednesday. So I asked why it's not in the special department online. They didn't know. Apparently it is on the system... in the pizza area of the menu. Looks like a very ineffective way to advertise a special. I asked what they could do. The woman who seemed to be a delivery driver said there is really nothing we can do for you. Then she left. Well, over $6, I'll run away. It's a shame because I always listened to her food. I will now use the same emphasis to lead people away. There was a day before computers when the employees had to have a basic knowledge of their work. These days are gone, and also with them is common customer service.

I'm considering pulling for the garlic knots. Everything was amazing and the owner and the staff were super personal. We'll stop the next time we get there.

Go to Lakeshore pizza,Cicero country pizza or Palladino instead!!!!! BEWARE!! Horrible customer and service and wrong order, look elsewhere!!! Plenty of other options with much better customer service and where you can actually speak to a manager, and cheaper!!!!. Our $90 order was done wrong then they wouldn 't correct it, stated theyd need manager approval. Thats absolutely ridiculous!! Instead they tried to encourage me to try the wrong, medium ones when we ordered mild wings I already told them multiple times we couldnt have them the medium. They tried calling the manager who of course couldnt be reached the multiple times I had them call but yet also doesnt give their staff adequate training and power to make a wrong situation right. They apparently dont even have the authority to do a refund, or so they told me. I asked for refund for wings then was like ok at least we 'll get refund. WAIT, they cant, have to wait for manager approval. Soooo might have refund in a few days if manager ok 's. Its fairly basic customer service either have the manager available for a call or hire employees that you can trust to be competent enough and do a refund!!!! If you cant trust your employees to do a refund..what does that say?! Under NO circumstance is your employee supposed to argue with me and say things like your schedules don 't match thats not my problem in regards to coming in to speak with the manager since apparently he wont call his customers when requested so thats the only way apparently I can speak with him and its your word vs ours. In regards to the order being wrong. Why would I lie about, seriously?! Will continue to tell everyone possible to avoid this place till they can treat people with some respect and dignity. I feel so sad and horrible for how I was just treated. We used to order from here almost EVERY week soo close to the house and good food but soo many strikes now you 're out! Been going others lately. There are plenty of others that appreciate the business, get the order right, and treat their customers right. Go to Lakeshore pizza or Cicero Country pizza or Palladinos. Great staff at all!
