I tasted oysters and beef tartare and white pepper and grapefruit cheese. simply beautiful! However, the success of the room exceeds the capacity of the room, it is important to book one week in advance. To do it!
One thing is sure, one eats well in the Basque country!But if you have only one restaurant to do if you are a passover it's the one! simply exceptional!!! a dish "in mattin" combines the generosity of typical dishes of the Basque terroir to a know-how and techniques of a gastronomic restaurant.Very good relation quality prices, incredible tastes in the plate and superb associations.
I loved this restaurant for its cuisine but also its service. the mix between the traditional but also sometimes inventive side of the kitchen made me very pleasantly surprised. you have excellent fish and typical Basque dishes (including tturo). but you also have surprising associations that treat your taste buds. Beef and tomato tartar accompanied by an oyster was simply succulent. the service was perfect: efficient and warm. It was the first time we went to this restaurant, and probably not the last one!
Atmosphere, friendliness and quality of the dishes make this restaurant an address to remember. The ttoro is sublime. We've been advised this address and we don't hesitate to do the same.
