Mama's Sizzler Restaurant Bar

Our booking was 5.30. on arrival were told we only have the end booth available and was not set up ! After waiting about 10m we had to ask for menus. Finally ordered sometime after 6.00. Kids drink arrived. A wine about 5m later but no the tiger beer ordered. Waited another 10 15m and chased up the beer order. Still didn’t arrive. Chased up again and finally got my drink after everyone was finished! Food!! Finally some food arrived about 7.00. We had one child crying because she was so hungry !!!! We had ordered a garlic bread and bowl of frys for the table neither arrived. Adults butter chicken finally arrived. Was not mild as ordered. 2x Children butter chicken came but no rice. Waited 10m and had to ask for rice !!! Childs hotdog meal arrived 5m later only 2 hotdogs and chip were just scraps. Burger meal arrived 10 15m later Earlier meals had been finished !! Burger was terrible. Meat was supermarket cheap variety (disgusting). No egg. No gurkin and no aoli sauce. 1 tiny piece of tomato and lettuce. Possibly the worst bugger I have ever had. The chips were 50% scraps !! I her never ever seen this ever !! Finally the fish dinner arrived. Obviously frozen fish reheated. Left left at 8.10 2hr 40m and to add insult to the evening the bill was $160.00 !! Half that price would have been too much for what we were served up. Honestly. Wow, the food was incredible, the flavours and presentation were perfect. They were very accommodating with me changing my booking also. Very friendly staff too. Definitely recommend Mama's Sizzler. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
