They can't get an order right to save their life. Since it reopened the service has gotten better. Don't order the footlong coney. It looks like it's been cooking for a week and they try to hide it with chili and cheese. update They are still serving (rotten) footlong conveys.They got alot of dope and crackheads working there now.

They didn't check my order through my app also I arrived .. I pressed many times..I decided to konk alot they got pissed off and come to me why ! I said God da man I'm deaf ! Why u don't check monitors said I ordered 45 minutes ago ! I still here and waiting !

It's a win or lose because sometimes they are fast other times slow like they aren't in a hurry to do their jobs.

Was not answering at the drive thru at all waited 10 minutes then finally someone came out and asked me to go to window they got my order

Workers very inattentive… had to repeat order multiple times… girl at window had no change… asked for extra sauce, literally gave one! Not prepared! And tots taste like old grease! Thank God I don’t live in this city!
