Bidrage med feedbackAll of the artworks in the museum's collection are of high quality. The admission fee is a little burdensome when the special exhibition is held, but it is very satisfying because it is an environment where you can enjoy it leisurely without being disturbed slowly. If I visit Tokyo again next time, I want to visit again.
The collection is one of the largest in Japan as a private art museum. If your accommodation is near, you should go and appreciate it.
Large and magnificent collection of Art Free for students detailed English explanations A must see, one of the best museums in Tokyo
There are Really good paintings. When u are in Tokyo, must visit!!!
Amazing museum. They have three floors worth of exhibits all wonderful featuring a mixture of different abstract art from different places and then tying it all in with Japanese culture. Every floor featured breathtaking art and only got better. They do have a few Picassos and Van Goghs in hand. Entrance price was reasonable and was able to secure a ticket by walking in on a Thursday afternoon. Bring your own headphones as they have an app that guides you through each art piece. You start on the highest floor and work your way down. The gift shop is on the second floor and they have lockers to store your stuff. They also have a cafe but sadly did not get to try as it appears to close early. Even if you’re not into abstract art this place is stunning and definitely worth the visit.
