Dinner was phenomenal. Service was class A Great Environment, the best Staff and the Chef is one of a kind

I've always been a big fan of O Charlies. I end my wife, we have a stressful auto shopping experience and decided to take a break and eat here. It was the best FOOD I ever had!! Everything was perfect. The part that stood most to me was the staff. My server and the hosts played with our son talked about Spider-Man with him, even some web singing! Lucas and Jada were our hosts and they were amazing Lucas checked for me and my family twice during my meal and he wasn't even a server. Ray was our server and she was professional, sweet and all around very tailored to our needs. We were shocked when she said it was her first week's best service I had in a long time from anywhere. Last but definitely not least, Laverne is the manager I believe and she killed it clearing tables, running food, reviewing every customer food and experience. It wasn't one of those scripted talks either it's honest and you could say that they really care about your experience not only because it's their job! A total of 10/5 stars and definitely will be back for this superstar staff. (snaps)

There was a little wait, but we could stay in our vehicle Verse in the crowded lobby (until someone called). The environment was clean and clean. The food was good. They offer you a lot of warm bread while sitting. This is a great place for meat lovers as the steaks were thick and juicy. They offer some pasta, as well as a sea dish. I went with the loaded potato soup and it was very full and cheesy! The staff was pleasant. The only complaint I have concerns dessert. I ordered an apple scobbler type of dish. You can ask for ice cream, but I can't. The dough was muddy (viewed and tasted uncooked) and some of the plate was cold. Server replaced it with a delicious slice of cheesecake and informed me that the desserts are prefabricated and the staff only warmed them. Do not forget to tap and enjoy!
