Bidrage med feedbackI was a pleasant experience eating at this restaurant. Everyone was so nice to people here. You felt like you were actually eating among friends. Not only that, but manager was bilingual and that is a plus for me since my accent is sometimes too strong. So the food was very good, it was freshly cooked. Place was cleaned and although it was clean there was a very nice young lady cleaning the place and mopping. I am attaching a few photos of the food so you can see I was enjoying the place. Because there were a few other guest I couldn't take photos of the restaurant itself. May be next time I stop by I will take some photos of the restaurant. Good experience.
I don't get into a Car's Jr. much anymore, not many here in Texas. I grew up in California, and Carl's with the grilled burgers and abundant fixings on everything, just takes me home. Its like eating in your back yard, off your grill, just relaxing. This trip was early, you can get the burger menu all day, but I love the Breakfast Burger! So got it with extra hash brown nuggets on the side, and a coffee refill (this location they send you into truck stop for that). With only two people behind the counter at 6 a.m. it took about 5 minutes, but it was fresh, hot, absolutely perfect! So good I didn't take a bunch of pictures. So go get your own.
I love Carl's Jr and wish they still had more locations in DFW. Found this one in Rockwall and took the family. It's at a trucker gas stop, Love's, and has seating for dining in. We all love the hamburgers here and they even have vegan friendly options.
I give it 4 stars, really it's about a 3.5 stars. Primarily because it's made when you order it and the veggies are fresh. Otherwise, it's standard fast food fare. Their signature burger is an attempt to mimic a whopper from BK, with Big Mac special sauce. It should be a mustard burger with pickles, but instead uses onions, ketchup mayo. Chicken strips and fried zucchini are really good though.
Good luck getting to this placeAfter an hour of attempted to get there it was absolutely impossibleI gave up turned around and ended up at In 'N Out.
