Mcdonald's - Christchurch

At least this ordered now because it should be a min car away, but is stone cold every time, and is always very late (also up to an hour and minutes once) when I saw the deliveryracker, I realized. it was mcdonalds that do not give a trace of the time it gets them, not the delivery rubers mistake. they also confuse their series of times they order from them. do they please themselves and do not harass the order of somerford rd McDonald’s.

I have visited McDonald's frequently and have experienced normal good service. However, my complaint is about the customers. When they order online for pick-up in their car, they often end up parking and going inside to eat instead. McDonald's should put up signs instructing customers to stay in their car if they have ordered for pick-up. In locations like Christchurch, having a designated pick-up point away from the entrance would be beneficial, as it can get crowded with cars waiting to order from the window. This would allow customers who have already picked up their order to exit smoothly.

My wife ordered a cheeseburger and did not ask for a pickle as shown on the label. wtf manky burger, no cheese or wobbly absolute scrap.wasting time and money

I came in on Tuesday July to collect food as drive-thru was extremely long again!!! (Ever since they placed the new bollards up) I was standing by the condiments section happily waiting for my food when a manager came from the drive-thur window and...started saying I know Southampton store don’t do fish sticks as I know the manager there and used abusive language just slating the lady in front of his work colleagues and for everyone to hear. He then pulled on his white shirt and said “I don’t where this white shirt for nothing” then walked around to come back and start swearing again. When my food was ready I walked up to collect it and kindly asked the staff what the guys name was she replied my manager. So Shaun the manager how rude you was that day and for everyone to hear, I’d call that poor management!!!!
