Congratulations to the chef, the rib eye steak was fantastic, melted in my mouth. Staff in the hotel did a great job.

Had a Margherita Pizza and the chicken bites over here and we were really surprised by it. The Margherita had sundried tomato and Pesto on it which added tons of flavour to it. The chicken was realy nice, tender jucy perfect fingerfood. Together with the lemon and the dips one of the best I've had! Thanks to Mace and the Team for beeing a Highlight in our trip around New Zealand.

My partner and I stopped in for a meal, absolutely yummy, like mum used to make, I had a merlot, pork belly with roast veges cauliflower carrots broccoli spud kumara and pumpkin large meals, partner had a jack Daniel's and chicken salad chips ....we had a few greyhounds bets also well be back large healthy meals small quantities pub, really lovely fire burning....

Good meals had the steak asked for medium rare it was almost well done the plater is very nice and good prices

Glad we popped in on the way through, friendly staff and a great atmosphere, the locals seem friendly and a nice laid back vibe for a nice dinner and a drink
