Absolutely disgusted from the shocking lack of 'customer service incompetency from the staff we received tonight, with the stuff up of our order. The 2 of us booked a table before 6pm, had our meal order taken after an hour when others who arrived after us had their meals arrive, I made an enquiry as to where our meal was at, only to be approached by the manager with menus in hand apologizing as it was never placed! I naturally declined as we had already waited an hour! No where near the good service we use to receive won 't be recommending let alone return! Very disappointing
