Pizza Hut New Brighton - Christchurch

I order a pizza from this business every time I visit new hellon beach. it depends on who prepare their order n they get taste of the pizza accordingly. I ordered a hot n wicy veggie pizza last time. a few parking spaces outside.

What a waste if time and money for cold pizzas, cold garlic bread and the smallest large fries you 'll ever see. (See photo) After ordering online, I arrived a couple minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Little did I know it was already done and in their warmer . Random worker takes my money (after no greeting), immediately disappearing outside and doing other things so I assumed my payment went through (it did). Again, no interaction from the guy, so I wait. Roughly 15 minutes later I ask if it 's going to be much longer. Young guy takes my name, barely looks at me as he shoves my pizza toward me. I ask what the hell as I 've been waiting 15 minutes. He asks who took my money and basically indicates it 's my own fault for not saying something sooner. My recommendation? Go the extra distance and pay the extra money for Sal 's.

We have been regular patrons of Pizza hut Newbrighton. Never to be repeated again. Placed a phone order for pickup to find on arrival it wasn't ready on the nominated time. On getting home we found both Pizza had been over cooked and like dried up cardboard. I've just been down tonight to pick up another Pizza and again it was 15 minutes late. On telling the manager about the awful Pizza the week before he couldn't care less. He comes back after waiting 15minutes and tells me hes made the wrong Pizza and it would be another 5 mins whilst they made another. Whilst waiting for my order two other seperate customers were also complaining about their orders being wrong and one missed being made. Please public avoid the Newbrighton store. It's a total embarrassment to Pizza Hut. I want to have a chat with your owner and can I please have the number?

Ordered waited for an hour and a half never showed up got a message just before they closed to say it had so when I tried to ring them nobody was there to answer. If you don't want to get ripped off try another pizza store.

Pizza was 15 mins late (which I excused over covid) but then the **** chicken and cranberry had bbq sauce on it instead! Can't call these guys either all phones just ring forever
