Browar Przystań - Chorzow

We called in for a few beers and some food. We stood at the wait to be seated sign, and we waited and waited a bit more. Eventually, we were met by the most inhospitable host we had ever met, and he said it was CASH only, which we thought very strange for such a high class place. He showed us to a table without cutlery. The place was quite empty with lots of free tables. We ordered our drinks. and again treated with a cold and negative attitude. We will not even think of returning any time soon. Most of the staff were standing around doing nothing. So why the long wait to get in. We were going to have a meal there, but due to the attitude of some of the staff we went elsewhere.

This place is not just for food but the scenery, fresh air and the atmosphere. Check my picture! You have to pay cash only and no English menu! The young pretty waitress is nice and communicates with us in English well.

Friendly staff, great food and a beautiful location

Restaurant has a nice view over the lake. That’s it. Food choice is limited and quality is rather mediocre for the price (we’ve had tartar, halibut and stir fry noodles). Stuff was far from being friendly. Will not come back

Great in-house brewed beer, accompanied with an equally good local food. Pork knuckle and ribs were really tasty.
