Bidrage med feedbackMaking a reservation for dinner at this restaurant on a Friday night is possible and considerate. Upon arrival, the friendly staff seated us in the bar area, which seemed a bit worn down. Unfortunately, our drinks were served in dirty glasses, which was off-putting. The setting was disappointing, with mismatched cutlery and stale bread. The main course featured overcooked potatoes and a meat tasting plate that did not live up to expectations. The lamb was the only highlight, but overall the prices were not justified by the quality of the food. The duck with orange was also lacking in flavor.
I went to the restaurant on a Saturday before Christmas. The food was delicious, but it was overcrowded. There were so many people that my chair kept getting bumped every time a waitress walked by.
Arriving an hour before dinner on a Friday night is convenient and considerate. The friendly staff escorted us to the bar area, which seemed a bit run down. Unfortunately, we were served drinks in dirty glasses, which immediately put us off. The disappointing experience continued as we noticed the mismatched cutlery and not-so-fresh bread. The main course consisted of burnt potatoes that lacked any flavor, and the meat tasting plate, featuring three different meats, was underwhelming. The lamb was the only standout, but it didn't justify the high price of the plate. The duck with orange was also lacking in taste. Overall, not a very French dining experience.
