Lam's - Chorley

We tried Lams for the first time over the weekend and we have found our new favorite Chinese restaurant. I am quite particular about the style of Chinese cuisine I enjoy, and Lams seems to hit the mark perfectly. The fried rice was light and golden, not heavy and brown like other places. The satay was sweet and peppery, not overly peanut-based like many other places. The dishes were crispy, fresh, and vibrant in color. We will definitely be returning to try more dishes, but we were extremely pleased with our first visit.

I have been dining at this restaurant for years and have never encountered any issues. The food has always been top-notch, with generous portions and great value for the money. I especially recommend trying the hunch satay and salt and pepper dishes, as they are absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is usually punctual with orders and provides a generous amount of food for the price.

Eating from here disappointed never the personal is kind and the bark curry is the best bark curry they will ever experience.

Really lovely meal and good value. Polite and prompt service. Will be back again.
