Auberge du Cheval Rouge - Chisseaux

Our concierge, who was quite stingy on recommendations, suggested the Cheval Rouge for dinner. After explaining certain dietary restraints, we got to an appropriate dining experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was very good, but the garden experience in the high heat was less than desirable with all of the insects that were present (not too many but more than enough), which detracted from the meal. Finally, we had to go to the building to pay which was inconvenient.

It was one of the rare restaurants of the BIB-Michelin, which was open on Sunday evening. In a very green, natural garden near the river Cher, we enjoyed a most excellent dinner, served in a very familiar and cozy environment. Straight forward cuisine with excellent meat dishes, good cheeses and a most fabulous desert, the restaurant's home made speciality. Anytime again!

Looking for a good restaurant near finished visiting the beautiful castle of chenonceau we arrived at this restaurant five minutes from the castle. we had dinner in the dining room, but the restaurant also has tables outside. French cuisine cured and light with a special mention for desserts. delicious! High prices if you leave the classic menu... there is a menu for children!

Very good value quality/price .menu to 37 euros tested, quality products, very well cooked, great fineness of the dishes . Inside, the fatty liver royal is delicious. very good desserts. smiling service and chichi-free. shaded terrace very pretty and pleasant
