Bidrage med feedbackI personally did not like the broth. It was too creamy and meaty for me. My two friends loved it, Ao, I think it's a question of preferences. They only have ramen so they can not order anything else.
Ippudo was my safe option for a decent bowl of ramen and Japanese cuisine. However, the outlet in Central Park suggests otherwise. I tried her signature Ramen and special rolls. The bread rolls were surprisingly hard and dry (less Mayonnaise when I get from my three visits to the CBD) whereas my favorite Tamago was fully cooked ????????
Have been curious to try this famous ramen noodle place in Sydney. I visited their Central Park outlet at lunch time on weekdays but I noticed not many people were there. Salmon Aburi Mentai Roll - $13 Lightly seated salmon sushi topped with avocado & mentai mayonnaise I loveee mentai mayo and this one is definitely one of the best I've tried. It was creamy and soft without being too salty. The salmon was also soft and a perfect combo with the delicious Japanese rice and mentai mayo. The description on the menu said "topped with avocado" but I found myself eating cucumber instead of avocado which is fine. Shiromaru Motoaji - $15 IPPUDO's original creamy tonkotsu broth served with thin & straight noodles, pork loin, bean sprouts, black fungus & spring onions. A classic Hakata-style ramen. I absolutely love ramen and even as a vegetarian, I go out of my way to try it in every country I go to.
