I have no choice but to leave 1 star, but I'd like to give this location zero stars!! ? I pull up at 5:30pm on a Saturday and the drive thru lane is blocked off ?, and the front doors are locked as well, when store hours says they close at 9pm!! There was two employees inside wiping things down and putting chairs up... why? As I was leaving, there was another customer pleading with the girl mopping inside to make him a drink, and it didn't look like they were going to open up. If going out on Saturday nights is more important to these kids than keeping an honest job, then why not hire more mature people to run the store?? I'm sure there's workers better fit for the job! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! ??
I simply stopped for a cup of water. This is a great location in a not too crowded area most of the time. Starbucks is always excellent food wise service wise and most of the time atmosphere-wise.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has various options for dietary restrictions. They have milk-free options They have sugar-free options and then artificial sweeteners if you want the taste of sugar. I believe they even have dairy-free creamers.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to come to this place for the hot chocolate and the hot apple cider. And also other stuff now. It's been a long time since I've had a kid young enough to want something from there.Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I know all Starbucks that I have been in have excellent wheelchair accessibility for everybody to get inside or go through a drive-thru if available to get their coffee or tea or blended frappuccino.

The WORST starbucks in the area. The drive thru wait time is completely unnacceptable. No one should be waiting 30 minutes long. This all falls on bad management and bad training. Having once worked for this company I cant believe this location continues to operate like this. Today was one of many days ive had an issue. I timed how long I was in the drive thru. When I got to the window the baristas did not acknowledge me for another 10 min before taking payment, then after payment i was waiting ANOTHER 10 min, only for a blonde girl to ask me what i ordered because they either 1. gave out the wrong drink and didnt admit it OR 2. they had no idea what order was what because they either didnt bump the order on the computer screen and lost track or they deleted an order and forgot what drink came after or forgot to put in drinks. After telling the barista nicely what my order was she handed me a drink and goes i dont know if this is it but do you wanna taste it and see if its it? ....I literally just told her what the drink was 10 min ago and instead of just making the drink she handed me a plain chai tea when i ordered the gingerbread iced chai....No one knew what they were doing and I find it completely unacceptable to be waiting 30 min in a drive thru for 1 drink and was not offered an apology, or even a refund. I was late for work which is completely my fault ill admit but I was NOT expecting to wait 30 min...Ridiculous. The customer service is so horrible here too. I really need to start going to mountain and riverside. This location has lazy baristas as well..they dont shake drinks, they are underfilled and made wrong, the store is dirty and the mobile orders also take another 30 min to make. I am a nice person and am never rude or outright horrible but the fact that the customer service here is completely disregarded is sad. No one should be waiting 30 min for an 8 dollar drink that was made poorly or wrong. Please train your baristas or fix the floor plan bc its still not working out. Drive thru cold bar should not be on DTO and cold bar and window at the same time...that is a mistake for the shift lead or manager. FIX YOUR FLOOR PLAN. Stop letting the drive times go up into the 30 min range area.
