Hotties Nashville Hot Chicken

Upon arrival, the customer service was very nice and helpful with suggestions for food. The food it itself was great, I went with the chicken friries, the one bed of french frits in a french sauce, which I prefer about slices of American cheese like other places. I think they could have been a bit more generous on the Cole Slav, and the pickles were really soggy. Crispy fresh pickles would definitely be a plus. The Mac and the cheese were amazing! Overall I will be back to try the sandwich thanks for the great customer service and the beautiful smile

We have come here because it first opened and since the beginning the quality of our meals has never fallen. It was always hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered everything on the menu. It would be hard to go wrong, just be careful with your spice restrictions if you had any. We usually get medium and fire.

I wanted to try. we ordered the 2 pieces delicate combi medium and the delicate sandwich combo mild. I also have a side of mac and cheese. I liked the bread crumbs on the mac and cheese. the chicken was solid by the spicy and crispy, but the riders were not great.

That was my first time at Hotties, and there was a lot to do. The air conditioning did not work (it was about 95° outside this day), and the floors were very sticky. You could hear my shoes hanging on the floor when I left. The equipment on the back was everywhere, it looked like they were moving or something. The food is good, but too expensive. I have a sandwich combo that comes with fries and a drink. There was a handwritten sign that said the soda was flat and you could ask for ice. I would normally get the lemonade, but they were also removed from it. I asked how much it costs to get only the sandwich and the pommes, as they had difficulties with their drinks options, and the cashier said: They usually sell it only in combos, but considering their problems with drinks, they would give me a discount and take the drink?. After I paid for my order and looked at the receipt, she had only deducted $1 from the combo price. I won't be back even though the chicken sandwich was good, I think it's too expensive to pay almost $16 for just a sandwich and pommes. Plus the sticky floors, no air conditioning, messy counter/kitchen area, and no properly working beverage machines made it unclean.

Was looking for dinner at the shoppes with my friends and decided to give this place a try. From the get go I was skeptical. The air conditioning wasn?t working and I?m not sure if that was a factor, but the shop smelled really unpleasant. There were multiple stains of brown liquid on the wall, and I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. Upon walking in you get a full view of the toilet in the back of the shop. We also witnessed a worker wash his hands, then proceed to go on his phone. I tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt, given that each meal was about 16 dollars. I even joked with my friends that the best food places have the dirtiest environments because they?re too busy to clean but this didn?t end up being the case. After sitting down outside to eat out food, we realized the food was painfully average. The sauce on the sandwiches was the only thing that had flavor, other than that, the chicken was very bland. The fries were okay but we didn?t even bother finishing our sandwiches and had to buy another meal elsewhere.
