Bidrage med feedbackWe came here 3 times during our trip to Chicoteague because we loved it so much. The Cubano is sooo yummy! The pickled red onions and spicy mustard make it phenomenal! I also got a lot of really cool snacks like the dried cherries, figs, and a space chocolate bar! I will miss this place and recommend it to anyone.
My husband is vegan and wanted to try this place. He had the vegan BLT and I had the pimento cheese BLT. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and the potato salad was amazing! We ate at the picnic table out back. They also stock gourmet, exotic products like kombucha, truffle sea salt potato chips, and crispy Inca corn. It's like a Whole Foods out in the countryside!
We picked up a fresh baguette, some capicola and their signature pimento cheese, a mildly hot mix of shredded cheeses with pimento. The shop is small but full of a variety of items you would expect in a deli of a much larger town.
We 've been to the island several times when Poseidon 's Pantry wasn 't open so we were thrilled to be able to check it out this weekend! We are Vegan and to be able to go to a restaurant and not have to 'work ' the menu is huge! The food here is AMAZING! I had the Hoagie and my Hubby had the Reuben. The potato salad is Really the whole experience was a highlight of our visit! I mean it 's hard to top a pony sighting but this was close! We definitely recommend a stop here! OH and they have grocery items that you can 't find at just any market
Tons of free parking and located nearby many other food shops. This place appears to be a mom and pops shop. Very small. However, they do have tons of pantry items. See my photos in this review. They serve a few hot sandwiches and soup items. They are pretty tasty. Their menu was limited during the spring months. It might increase during the peak summer season. The staff here are extremely nice. They even offered to give us samples of certain wines which was nice. We ordered their March Madness sandwich which was good. It's a seasonal sandwich and perfect for 1 person. Their tomato soup was very bland and wasn't anything special. However, it's good for dipping sandwiches. We also ordered their caprese sandwich which was vegetarian. The sandwich was good. It's nice to have veggie options for those who don't eat meat. Overall, this shop is tucked away in a busy street. It's worth giving their foods a try. However, their pantry have tons of items from refrigerated foods drinks, to spices and other things you will need in your pantry. I think this is really nice as other shops in the area might be more ezpeb
