Bidrage med feedbackWe drove on the Vedder corner Thomas Street McDonald's. the lady who takes the order and accept payment 6:30!pm 7. April 2022 about us price. $26 and change for two quarters of Pounder Combos. We do not recommend this McDonald industry.
Absolutely terrible!!! I ordered the EGG BLT 6 times from this place. 3 of the times I was for what I ordered, but I never got the egg on the BLT. Today I went in and ordered the same. While standing at the counter and checking the order, I noticed half a piece of bacon and no cheese on the sandwich. When I mentioned that there was no cheese, I was told rudely that they did not come with cheese. After I pointed out that the PICTURE showed on the menu-Hexe CLEARLY cheese (not to mention that all the others I had ordered in the past came with cheese), they did not want to believe me and was happy to hear the girl screaming from behind that they did not come with cheese. I know this is a McDonald and 90% of them are a joke, but this Vedder site is by far the worst. So much respect and could not even admit that they made a mistake and continue to act as if I were the crazy, the cheese on a sandwich that should definitely have cheese. I will never be back and I hope this business will find new management or go down as everyone seemed very young unqualified and inappropriately trained due to the fact that everyone saw very lost and it took 20min for my order. I was the only one waiting for food in the lobby.
I went with my G/F for coffee and fries and after the self serve machine failed to provide a slip went to the till and told the girl and paid again .A few days later I checked my am ex account and had been charged twice, We visited the store and the girl said she talked to manager and to bad you don't have copy of you slips and offered to do nothing! I was upset and called head office and they issued coupons that will arrive in mail soon Also the fries were cold possible from first time I had tried to order.Very disappointed this store!
We have stopped here a number of times for coffee and lunch. Service is always friendly and fast. Food has always been up to McDonald's standard. We will dine here again.
Came from another city and wanted breakfast so stopped in. Went to the front till and a lady was saying to her self how do I do this? Yes must of had a outside order so stood in line but ignored. I went to the washroom. Stood in line, same lady had a natural smile and said how can I help you. Must of been fairly new as did not know where all the menu buttons were, name tag stated Angelo (likely spell wrong middle age. I asked for English muffin but got it wrong, asked for milk, order was wrong. I do not understand why a till person has to pour coffee drinks, never seen this before. Made the wait longer, poor idea and no where else do they do this from behind a till. I sat in front of a large t.v. but not on. A man asked waitress to put on, said would ask some one. I had a refill and asked twice to different waitresses, one mopping up the floor and said, did not know how, but some one would do it. Never was put on. I looked at the other side of wall for that t.v. and the movie Dirty Dancing was on, no sound. They were short of daily papers here. I went to counter standing for my coffee and noticed a man coming from kitchen area and his shoe prints were all over the floor in front of the counter. Advised him that he had dirty shoe soles. Asked him if he was the manager and said yes! He looked around went back behind, must be a dirty or greasy area. I noticed he did this again and looked at his shoe prints on the customer floor. The floor has not changed to a cleaner degree as I have been in this McDonalds four months ago and last year. You can see peoples shoe prints tracks as the floor has not been taken down below the dirt, just mopped over and the whole restaurant floor is like this, no shine! I asked a waitress mopping just between the tables not underneath and she told me the man was Nick , regional manager. I attended at 1042 am and noticed numerous tables had trays on and other items. The girl giving me the food tray did not smile and seemed very busy. I asked for water and did not get one. The service, clean tables, floor, definitely has not changed since last time I was in and a man said to me, worst service for a McDonalds. Really what is regional management doing for such a long time? I will try another restaurant next trip to Sardis for sure! (a.k. .
