The service was not bad but it was also not very good. I liked the environment and the food was fantastic! But there was quite a few of us there, and the service was not that good.

The Lakeside Beach Club patio is great. It has a really good vibe to it. Music is good and some nights their is live entertainment. Unfortunately that is where is all ends. I have tried very very hard by going back to this place a few times so that I could enjoy it but the food is just bad. The first time I ordered Scallops, Ceviche and a Caprese salad - all were terrible. Scallops overcooked, Ceviche was really runny and the tomatoes in the Caprese salad were not ripe. I concluded that maybe I went to high end on the food. On a return visit I ordered 1lb of chicken wings. I definitely got more than 1lb but these deep fried wings were all crisp, very dry and almost no meat. To boot...I had lipstick on my glass. At this point the Lakeside Beach Club is just a place to have a beer on the patio to me. Food prices are higher because it is a seasonal place...be sure to accept that.
