Inconsistent service and food quality. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's slow, and sometimes it's terrible

Best DQ food anywhere. Service is good. But the place is full of flies and the facility is a bit knarley but what do you expect for Chillicothe TX? But if you want great DQ burger and the best fries just use the drive thru.

Ice Cream time. Always stop in when traveling for some of the best ice cream around. The food is pretty good as well.

Order $55 worth of food and only half was correct. Took over 30 minutes to get food. We were the first group in the restaurant and the last to get our food. Forgot gravy in one meal.

The gentleman at the front counter was sweet but when inquiring about how much longer the food may take we were informed it was on its way 15 minutes after ordering. After about 20 minutes you can hear the staff chatting in the kitchen that it's only been 15 minutes. They did let us know they only had two fryers and we understood we ordered a lot of fried food. But they were clearly trying to dismiss how long the time may actually have been for us to wait. And was even more rude they were discussing this in the open where anyone could hear. We received our order after 25 minutes for dine in. And we're charged for an additional item we did not order. We understand it's a slower location with a small area to serve but we felt we were being judged for what we looked like as we were passing through town just trying to stop to get a bite to eat.
