Bob Evans - Chillicothe

I've had so many horrible experiences here but always kept going back but not anymore. They can never get a takeout order right. I've come home with the wrong order before.I just called to place a take out order and that was an ordeal. I had to call the one on Bridge St. Absolutely pathetic!

Bob Evans would not be happy with the food if he was here to taste it. Sometimes it is hot but most of the time is just warm. My Sister-in-law and I have been going here for over 30 years and have always enjoyed the country cookin but lately it has gone down hill. The Bridge Street restaurant is usually clean and smells good and the service there is really good. But the Western Avenue restaurant is dirty the baseboards need cleaned really bad and the whole place needs cleaned. I still love your noodles and the biscuits and sausage gravy. But the food should be hot and the building needs a thorough cleaning.

Fastest service I’ve had at Bob Evans yet. My server Cheryl was very attentive, did an excellent job, and the food was excellent as well.

After seeing how some employees are treated more favorably than others, I think I'll choose another restaurant next time. Maybe my followers will too.

I ordered this morning, the delivery option I opted for messed the order up. I immediately it reordered, and once again Bob evans did a remarkable job. Definitely will order again
