Burger King - Chiefland

I have no issue with the courtesy aspect but they usually forget quite a few items in our order pretty often. The tables were not cleaned off. My husband asked for a rag to clean up the table so they gave him one with a huff. It was not busy in the lobby at all and there were quite a bit of workers behind the counter. I don’t know if the drive thru was very busy but if not someone should have been able to clean the lobby. If not completely clean it they could have at least cleaned the tables. There was my family which consisted of four people that day and two other families that had no more than four people in each family. Basically there weren’t very many people dining in so it was definitely not very busy on our side of the counter.

They have to a better job when people are using rewards points

Service was great, burgers well built, but really bland.

Ian took good care of us, with a friendly attitude and a smile
